When it comes to complex projects, unexpected challenges and changing timelines are expected. Great leaders embrace this complexity—they don’t try to control it. They understand that people—the team and stakeholders and risks/challenges at hands—are key to successful professional career outcomes. While it can be challenging to change your inherent traits, you can develop and improve your skills. Many skills are always in high demand and typically come with high income/salaries; however, this type of proficiency are often not taught at formal schools or universities.
